Materials: Rocks District of Milton-Freewater Syrah, whole cluster*, once used french barrique, native yeast, no fining, no filtering.
Dimensions: 750ml, 13.5% Alc
*100% whole cluster fermentation for 10 days - then a special process is used to remove stems - the final half of fermentation is completed on the skins.
